Delicate fruit, handled right.
Stone fruit is unforgiving - pick too early and it never eats well, pick too late and it will not travel. We time each harvest to the variety and the destination, then remove field heat quickly to lock in flavour and firmness.
From there we choose the fastest route that suits the fruit, whether that is air freight for the most delicate lines or sea and truck for longer programs, keeping the cold chain intact from packhouse to arrival.
